Council meeting packed to the rafters

Standing room only for this week’s Eurobodalla Shire Council meeting.

In fact so many people turned up the usual time allowed to speak was cut back and five agenda items deferred to the next meeting.

Attendees were keen to vent their steam over the proposed sale of Coopers Island Road at Tuross Lake, a proposed 14-lot subdivision at Mossy Point and a Climate Pollution Levy.

Councillors decided not to let go of the Coopers Island Road…at this time.
