The lawyer for a man facing 45 charges has told a judge he has been unable to speak with his client despite numerous attempts.
Nec Angel-Gorman was arrested last month after an alleged crime spree across the Eurobodalla including a police pursuit and chase on foot which ended in front of Batemans Bay Police Station.
He also stands accused of trying to steal a vehicle from a local car dealer days earlier.

Solicitor Adam Sumbak has told Batemans Bay Local Court the indication from Corrective Services is 28-year-old is struggling with acute mental illness ask requested more time to talk with him.
The case has been adjourned until December 14.
