Four tourists who left a man toothless and vomiting up blood have reportedly been jailed then released on bail pending the outcome of an appeal.
Connor Thurgood, Giuseppe Tine, Jamie Ward and Mitchell Barnes all from Canberra each sentenced to 18 months behind bars for the vicious assault in June 2025 at Batemans Bay.
The Bay Post reports their lawyers then successfully applied for their release after each agreed to pay a $2000 bond.

The appeal set frown for mention in Nowra District Court on April 28.
