Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from this week on the Kings Highway while maintenance work is carried out between Batemans Bay and Monga to provide an improved road surface.
Patching and resurfacing work will be carried out in stages on the Kings Highway between Pooh Bear Corner, Monga and the intersection with the Princes Highway, Batemans Bay.
The first stage of work, between the Princes Highway and Misty Mountain Road, will be carried out between 7am and 6pm weekdays from Wednesday (February 28) for up to five days, weather permitting.
The second stage of work will take place near Pooh Bear Corner and will be carried out between 7am and 6pm from Tuesday (March 5) to Friday (March 8), weather permitting.
Single lane closures, traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
