Receiving and sending mail or picking up a parcel could be set to become a half an hour round trip for residents in Wolumla.
Australia Post has confirmed the current licensee of the local post office agency will cease operating the service in March.
They’ve written a letter to locals to advise them of the decision and efforts to find a new operator. Australia Post is hoping to attract a new operator.
