There are reported bikie links to the sale of tobacco here on the Far South Coast.
The Telegraph reports a tobacconist outlet at Moruya is part owned by Comanchero Associate George Lergou through his company Money Base Pty Ltd.
The business is located just several shopfronts from the 100-year-old building that housed a new supermarket that sold cigarettes that was set on fire.
The owners and the real estate office next door left to count the cost from the blaze early last Thursday morning.
The paper reports bikie is currently behind bars facing a stack of serious charges including shoot with intent to murder and commercial drug supply.
