A local police officer has faced court to appeal his convictions for assaulting two teenagers during an arrest.
37-year-old Brett David Lindsay appeared in Nowra District Court yesterday after being sentenced to a two-year community correction order several months ago.
During his previous hearing in Batemans Bay Local Court Lindsay admitted punching one of his victims in the collarbone while he was on the ground.

The appeal has been adjourned till December 15.
