A man from the Gold Coast will be placed on the Sex Offenders Registry for 15 years after being jailed for a violent rape almost two decades ago.
Reginal Bulu was 29 at the time of the attack on a 15-year-old-girl on a remote track at Narooma in 2005.
The now 48-year-old sentenced to a maximum seven years behind bars with a non-parole period of three and a half years.

The victim told Bulu in court he had ruined her life.
