A trip to K-Mart to buy storage containers has resulted in a woman being found guilty over the death of a man between Moruya and Batemans Bay.
A Bega District Court jury yesterday afternoon found 47-year-old Michelle Anne Zutt responsible for the multiple vehicle crash at Bimbimbie in July 2023.
23-year-old Jakob Peck didn’t survive the impact at the Old Missy Point Road Princes Highway intersection.

The court was told during the five day trial Zutt was travelling at 100km’s per hour when she smashed into the back of Peck’s Toyota Rav4.
Zutt will continue on bail until she is sentenced next month.
