The sentencing of a man, who admits to headbutting a senior police officer after a high speed pursuit, has been delayed till next week.
Shane Patten was not in Batemans Bay Local Court when his lawyer Daniel Turner entered guilty pleas to a range of charges in connection to the incidents, which started in Narooma last year.
The 51-year-old was pulled over for a random breath test on Riverside Drive.

The solicitor from the DPP’s office requested a short delay in the case.
Patten will now be sentenced next Monday.
