A Batemans Bay man is still to enter a plea to a stack of weapons, drugs and driving related offences after his arrest late last month.
Police allege they found 37-year-old Andrew Kevin Rooney with a variety of weapons including two rifles, a scope, flick knives, an extendable baton, knuckledusters, meth, 33 fake $100 notes and a bike they suspect is the proceeds of crime.
Batemans Bay Local Court has been told the charges have been referred to the DPP.
