A man has pleaded guilty to two charges more than four months after police raided his Malua Bay home.
Strike Force Tamarang officers arrested 26-year-old Ordie Olah on July 11.
Batemans Bay Local Court has been told Olah pleads guilty to acquiring a pistol part subject to prohibition order and possess a digital blueprint for the manufacture of firearms.
The offence of possessing ammunition without a permit/licence will also be taken into account when he’s sentenced in the New Year.
The court also heard four other charges have now been dropped by prosecutors including possession of a 3D printed handgun.
Magistrate Bryan Robinson ordered a pre-sentence report be prepared before his punishment is decided.
