A respected police officer with more than a decade of service in the Eurobodalla has agreed to an interim AVO without admissions while appearing in court.
Andrew Tyler works out of Batemans Bay Police Station.
The court heard his appearance yesterday follows an alleged incident involving someone close to the 49-year-old earlier this year.

The Telegraph reports Magistrate Doug Dick warned Tyler that charges could follow.
