A fire that badly damaged a house at Mollymook Beach early Sunday morning is being treated as suspicious.
Emergency services were called to Bannister Head Road at about 2.45am on December 18 following reports of a house fire.
Fire and Rescue NSW managed to extinguish the blaze but not before the house was extensively damaged.

Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the cause of the blaze.
The house was unoccupied at the time of the fire and there are no reports of injury.
