Prosecutors have dropped another charge against a Surfside man accused of drug supply and dealing with millions of dollars in cryptocurrency.
Batemans Bay Local Court has been told while Jamie Lawrence Powrie is facing allegations of supplying a small amount of drugs while the more serious offence of supplying a commercial quantity of drugs has now been withdrawn.
The court heard the charges are now confirmed after a case conference was held between his legal team and the DPP.

Powrie was not in court when his matter was mentioned this week. The 38-year-old remains on strict conditional bail including living on the state’s Mid North Coast.
The case will be re-listed on November 9.
