The case against a man charged in connection to a high speed police chase on the Far South Coast has been adjourned till next week.
Peter James O’Halloran is facing 14 charges before Batemans Bay Local Court including multiple police pursuit and drive dangerously and recklessly.
His lawyer Adam Sumbak has told the court he had made representations to police on the matter on behalf of his client who is behind bars on remand.

The Police Prosecutor responded it was a complex matter due to the distance involved and required input from four different Incident Commanders.
