A Canberra developer is seeking approval to exceed Merimbula’s maximum height by over two metres to build a high end multi-use hotel building.
Bega Valley Shire Council staff are recommending councillors this afternoon endorse the $20-million proposed development at 58 Merimbula Road.
The site currently houses an unused old motel.
