There’s been confirmation in court that a lawsuit against Eurobodalla Shire Council connections to a paedophile childcare provider is going ahead.
Seven people are suing the council over alleged child sexual abuse at a daycare service in the 1990s that at the time was licenced by them.
The operator, David Neil Tuck was charged with child sexual assault but committed suicide while on bail 25-years ago.

The case has been adjourned till February next year after a Directions Hearing in the NSW Supreme Court.
