The case against three people charged in connection to a smash and grab at a local club has been adjourned to allow confirmation of the charges.
26-year-old Joshua Hicks, 37-year-old Adam O’Connell and 26-year-old Kyralee Teale all accused of involvement in the robbery from the Catalina Club in Batemans Bay in late September.
The court was previously told the theft of an ATM netted them around $60,000 cash.

The DPP asked Batemans Bay Local Court for another five weeks to complete charge certification, which has been granted.
Hicks and O’Connell remain behind bars while Teale has had her bail continued.
The matter will be listed again in April.
