The case against two men and a woman in connection to the alleged stealing of an ATM from a local club has been adjourned till February.
26-year-old Joshua Hicks, 37-year-old Adam O’Connell and 26-year-old Kyralee Teale all accused of involvement in the robbery from the Catalina Club in Batemans Bay in late September.
The court previously told the theft netted them around $60,000 cash.
Hicks and O’Connell are yet to enter pleas while Teale has previously indicated she will plead not guilty.
