Doubts have been foreshadowed over whether a man, charged with child abuse video offences, may be fit to face court.
44-year-old Jason Wilson was arrested on June 4 after police executed a search warrant at his Catalina home, where they allegedly found half a dozen child abuse videos on his mobile phone.
His lawyer Adam Sumbak has asked Batemans Bay Local Court for a short adjournment so he can access medical advice on Wilson’s fitness to plea to the possessing child abuse material, an unauthorised pistol and a prohibited drug.

The matter will return to court on Monday.
