Police are investigating the circumstances around a crash involving a young girl and car at Dalmeny.
The 11-year-old had to be airlifted to hospital up in Canberra in a serious condition after the incident around 830 yesterday morning on Dalmeny Road.
NSW Ambulance said the girl sustained head and leg injuries.

Police said the 82-year-old man who was driving the car has been spoken to and is assisting them with their inquiries.
