3D printer gun part case against Malua Bay man delayed

A man charged following a Strikeforce raid on his Malua Bay home several months ago has been told he’ll have to wait for another fortnight before all of the charges against him are confirmed.

Batemans Bay Local Court was told police have dropped some offences against Ordie Olah and adding others following ongoing negotiation between police and his lawyer Adam Sumbak.

The 26-year-old appeared on screen from South Coast Correctional Centre for the mention.

Mr Sumbak told the court his client was ready to enter pleas subject to the charges being confirmed.

The case will return to court in a fortnight.
