Team Leader Visual and Public Arts

This position is a fixed-term full-time role in the Community Development and Participation team until Friday 25 June 2027, and is based in Moruya. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership for Council’s visual and public art programs, ensuring delivery aligns with community needs and Council strategies. It supports the Creative Arts Strategy, coordinates programming and use of arts spaces, and builds partnerships and funding initiatives to strengthen participation and outcomes across Council’s visual and public arts activities. The starting salary for this position is $3,253.09 per fortnight plus 12% superannuation. You communicate clearly, contribute to public‑facing and marketing content, use data to inform decisions, and are committed to high‑quality customer service and positive community outcomes.
