Overseeing the housekeeping division, ensuring detailed cleaning of each room within reasonable time management, and completing final checks on all guest rooms before completion of shift. Rostering the existing team to ensure fair hours, without going over budget. Communicating with the front of house for maintenance, and matters needing attention. Stock ordering/rotation and ensuring rooms are completed to a high standard. Ensuring grounds immediate to guest areas are well maintained and cleaned.
