This position is a permanent full-time role in the Development and Compliance team, based at Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of professional service to Council and the community with respect to planning, development and building matters. The role is responsible for carrying out the assessment of buildings, swimming pools and other structures in accordance with legislation and Council policy. The successful candidate will ensure that developments within the Shire comply with their approval documents. The starting salary for this position is $98,434.39 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
