Skills Required
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved). Proven leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting. Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for creating positive team culture and high-quality outcomes for children. Experience writing grant applications and managing building projects Confident using digital tools for documentation and communication Ongoing professional development in governance and financial literacy Experience in NFP and working with First Nations communities Proven ability to engage with a culturally diverse community and nurture meaningful, authentic and sustainable relationships
