Skills Required
To be successful, you will: Hold a current RSA and Advanced RCG (or be willing to obtain). Be proficient across daily operations, including gaming, bar, TAB, Keno, and cellar (experience highly regarded). Be part of a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, both day and night shifts. Show confidence and initiative in leading, supporting, and motivating a dynamic team. Demonstrate excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills. Be service-focused, ensuring the best experience for members and guests.
