We’re on the lookout for a casual Cook or Chef to join the team at The Dromedary Hotel in Central Tilba. We’re a laid-back country pub with a great local following and a focus on simple, tasty, well-cooked food using seasonal ingredients. This role suits someone who knows their way around a kitchen, enjoys working in a small team, and can handle a busy service without the stress. You’ll be preparing and cooking menu items for lunch and dinner services and helping keep things clean, organised, and running smoothly. Hours will vary a little week to week but are expected to increase as the warmer months roll in.
