π 24-HOUR BATTING MARATHON β SUPPORTING TALK2MEBRO π
This October long weekend, Batemans Bay Cricket Club legend Peter Nelson is taking on an incredible challenge β a 24-hour batting marathon to raise funds for talk2mebro and youth mental health services.
From midday Friday 2 October until midday Saturday 3 October at Hanging Rock, Pete and members of the club will be batting around the clock β and the whole community is invited to get involved!
For just $5, you can take a 15-minute batting slot and help support this fantastic cause. You donβt need to be a cricketer β everyone is welcome to have a go, or simply come down, say hello and cheer Pete and the batters on.
The BBQ will be fired up early Saturday morning to fuel everyone through the final hours.

Batemans Bay Cricket Club is also looking for a few more Under 14 players to make sure the team gets onto the pitch this season.
No experience necessary! Girls and boys of all skill levels are welcome. The club can provide all the equipment you need, along with friendly, supportive coaches to help you learn the game and have fun.
