Tathra Beach Country Club Feb Fit Wellbeing
From Saturday 14 February to Saturday 28 February, Tathra Beach Country Club will be running their own Feb Fit wellbeing initiative, encouraging members and guests to get active and log their movement.
Participants will be able to pop their name down at the bar or message us via social media with the activities they’ve done — whether that’s:
- Football or soccer training
- A round of 9 or 18 holes of golf
- Tennis or Pickleball
To keep things simple and inclusive, we’ll be allocating an average step count to each activity:
- 9 holes of golf – approx. 7,000 steps
- 18 holes of golf – approx. 14,000 steps
- Tennis or Pickleball (1 hour) – approx. 8,000 steps
- Football/Soccer training (1 hour) – approx. 10,000 steps
At the end of the two weeks, we’ll tally up the steps and crown someone “The Fittest in February” here at the Country Club — purely for fun and motivation, with no prizes, just bragging rights and good health.
