International Women’s Day talk with author Karen Viggers – Moruya Library
Celebrate International Women’s Day at Moruya Library with award-winning author, adventurer and veterinarian Karen Viggers.
Karen shares how her love of animals and wild places has shaped her life and writing. Her adventures include working as a wildlife vet in Antarctica, living on an uninhabited Bass Strait island, searching for big cats in Bhutan, and tackling tough Tasmanian hikes, all while continuing her veterinary career. Karen’s books will be available for purchase.
We’ll also hear from local advocate Rhonnie South, who is taking a stand against domestic and family violence in the Eurobodalla. Discover how you can add your support.
