Bega Go4Fun Term 2 2024 Program

Go4Fun is coming to Bega  in Term 2 2024!

Go4Fun® is a FREE family-friendly evidence based healthy lifestyle program for children aged 7-13 years.

The 10-week face-to-face program teaches families about the benefits of healthy eating and physical activity through games and fun activities. The core components of the program are – 
•  Nutrition 
•  Physical activity and 
•  Behaviour change

The program will run every Saturday, 10am – 12pm at Bega High School starting 4th May’24
