Hotel Australasia is an historic boutique hotel, with an elevated dining restaurant, bistro, and cocktail bar in Eden, New South Wales. Lovingly restored to its former grandeur, Hotel Australasia reopened its doors in late 2022.

Hotel Australasia celebrates its past, but also nurtures its present, with our restaurant, bar and bistro showcasing the impressive local produce on offer. From farmers to fisherman, our menus celebrate the abundance of produce grown and created in our region. We envision locals and visitors connecting over a local wine or beer in our dining spaces, Pikes, Circa 1904 and the John Hines Bar
