Blue Point Law is based in Bermagui on the far south coast of NSW. Principal Solicitor, Louise Allery, was admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW in 2000, working in banking and finance law in Hong Kong and Sydney before relocating with her family to the far south coast of NSW in 2010. She obtained postgraduate legal qualifications in Family Law and specialised in this area while working for a mixed practice law firm in Bega for 10 years.

Louise identified a need for accessible migration assistance for individuals and business in regional communities. After undertaking further postgraduate legal qualifications in Migration Law and Practice, she established Blue Point Law.
