A little bit about the group

We run the Sapphire Community Pantry, Ricky’s Place in Bega and a fun social cooking program called Chop, Chat, Chew.
We have a pantry store in Bega where everyone in the community is welcome to come and shop. We have low-cost groceries that we get from foodbank and we sell those at cost recovery prices. We also help those in need by providing food at no cost.
Ricky’s place is a community cafe, at the St John’s Anglican Church every Monday where we provide lunch free or by Donation. Usually 4 options for lunch, usually including a vegetarian option and also two options for dessert.
