Tathra go back-to-back after closest Group 16 Grand Final for decades

It was a Grand Final for the ages with scores level at fulltime and after Extra Time before ‘The Iceman’ Callum Bower-Scott slotted his second field goal of the decider for the Sea Eagles to break the hearts of Bega 12-points-to-11.

The Roosters looked like winners are various points of the game until Tathra managed to score with just seconds before the title slipped out of their hands.

A crowd of almost 3000 vocal supporters packed into the Beg Rec Ground to witness a moment of history that will be long remembered and talked about.
