Required to work along side site supervisors and assist with general earthmoving, excavation, civil construction, and site preparation duties. Responsibilities include digging, shovelling, moving and spreading soil and materials, assisting with machinery and vehicle movements, maintaining clean and safe work areas, loading and unloading materials, basic equipment maintenance, and general site clean-up. The role requires physical fitness, reliability, a strong commitment to workplace safety, the ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work outdoors in various conditions. Construction experience, a White Card, and a driver’s licence are desirable.
