A man has pleaded guilty to breaking into one of our radio station’s transmitter sites in the Bega Valley after being caught on security camera saying “There’s a camera up on the roof too. Shall we still go for it or what?”
Alec Toby Harvey will be sentenced on October 13 after facing Batemans Bay Local Court following his arrest earlier this month.
The Bay Post reports court documents state Harvey forced a gate open then siphoned fuel from a backup generator with a black hose.

The generator provides back up power in times when the normal supply is unavailable like in times of major disaster.
