This is a permanent full-time role in the Library Services team, based at Batemans Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the library leadership team and overseeing and facilitating programs, staff and services at the Batemans Bay library, in line with the Library Services Strategic Plan. The starting salary for this position is $81,151.04 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

Experienced in community engagement, reader education and outreach, you enjoy connecting people with information, learning opportunities and library services. With strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with the public, you build positive relationships with customers, community groups and partner organisations. You are an effective leader with experience supervising and developing staff, coordinating day-to-day operations and fostering a collaborative team environment.
