This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and practical horticulture professional with a Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent experience) and an interest in New South Wales South Coast flora. You are confident in the operation and basic maintenance of small plant and garden equipment. You’re also comfortable maintaining accurate records and using databases to support day‑to‑day operations. A reliable and approachable team player, you work well both independently and collaboratively. You communicate clearly and professionally on technical matters with staff, the community and volunteers.
