• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests. • Handle customer orders, including processing, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery. • Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate product information and pricing. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and liaising with the warehouse team. • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
