Complex Care Disability Support Worker provides specialised, high-needs support to individuals, often involving clinical tasks, positive behaviour support, and intensive daily living support. Support workers will implement tailored care plans, manage high-level risks, and foster independence, usually requiring Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Disability, NDIS Worker Screening, and medication management training.
