The State Crime Command’s Child Abuse Squad has apprehended a man here on the Far South Coast.
While details of the case are yet to be made available…we can tell you the 43 was arrested at Bodalla.
We are not allowed to name him for legal reasons.

He’s been charged with having sexual intercourse with child under age of 10 years in a domestic situation.
He’s due to face court at a later date after initially being refused bail by police.
