A ceramic tiler has been told he doesn’t want to end up in court a third time facing a drug driving charge.

Magistrate Doug Dick has made the remark to Marjan Trajkofski from Burrell Lake in Batemans Bay Local Court. He was convicted of the same charge in July last year and is still paying off the fine.

The court has heard when pulled over by police on Beach Road in Batemans Bay three days before Christmas last year he admitted to officers he had “had a puff” after returning a positive drug test.

Trajkofski told the court “I like to think I am a responsible provider for my children.”

His licence has now been suspended for six months and fined another $1500.
