Southern Cross Oysters is an oyster producer based in Narooma on the Far South Coast of NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic farm hand. The job will cover all aspects of oyster cultivation from operating a grading machine in the shed to on-water tasks such as harvesting and maintenance. Ideal for a fit, healthy person who loves being on the water and is interested in seafood and the marine environment. As a small business, you will be exposed to all aspects of the oyster cultivation process.
