A warrant has reportedly been issued for the arrest of a Bega man after failing to turn up to court three times to answer charges connected to a violent public brawl with police.
30-year-old Samuel Phillips is the only member of a family, arrested and charged over the incident in the car park of the local Vinnies shop in November last year, to enter pleas.
Bega District News reports Phillips and his three co-accused including mum Debra will return to court in May.
