Reception/Holiday Assistant Property Manager and Permanent Assistant Property Manager

• Reception/Assistant Holiday Property Manager – to support the day-to-day operations of our holiday rental portfolio. This role is the first point of contact for guests and clients, managing enquiries, bookings, check-ins and check-outs, while also providing administrative and operational support to the holiday property management team. The position suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers excellent customer service, and enjoys balancing front-of-house reception with hands-on property coordination. • Assistant Permanent Property Manager – We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support our property management team in the day-to-day management of the portfolio. The role focuses on administrative support, tenant and owner communication, maintenance coordination, inspections and compliance assistance, assisting our Senior Property Managers to operate more efficiently. This position suits someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within the property management profession.

Skills Required
