Tulgeen Disability Services Expands High Quality Support

Tulgeen Disability Services is pleased to announce the expansion of its high‑quality disability supports to Eden and neighboring communities, providing greater choice, access, and continuity of services for people with disability, their families, and carers across the region.

Beginning April 2026, Tulgeen will deliver a suite of tailored supports in Eden, including:

• Community participation
• Life skills development
• Flexible individual supports
• Respite Services for Children, Young People, and Adults with a Disability

These services are designed to meet the diverse and evolving needs of local NDIS participants and their families.

Supporting the Eden Community After a Period of Service Gaps

Tulgeen’s expansion comes at a critical time for Eden, following the closure of Playability, which left many families without the essential supports they rely on. Tulgeen is committed to rebuilding strong, reliable, and person‑centred services for people with disability.

This is an important opportunity for Tulgeen to stand alongside the Eden community and ensure people once again have dependable, high‑quality supports close to home.

Building on 50 Years of Community Service

The move into Eden builds on Tulgeen’s long‑standing presence in the Bega Valley, soon to celebrate 50 years of service in 2027. Guided by its mission to support people with disability to live the life they choose, Tulgeen will work closely with local stakeholders, NDIS participants, and community organisation’s to ensure a smooth and collaborative rollout.

Tulgeen’s expansion reflects its ongoing commitment to strengthening inclusive, connected communities across the Far South Coast.
