Intense heat from a fire has led to a roof collapse of a building on the main street of Moruya this morning.
Fire crews have been on the scene at 43 Vulcan Street since just before 3 o’clock this morning.
Fire and Rescue NSW Superintendent Adam Dewbury said firefighters have had to withdraw back from the structure for safety reasons.

The Princes Highway is closed in both directions until further notice. Diversions are in place via Shore, Ford and Church Streets but major delays are expected for the hours to come.
Trucks longer than 19 metres in length are being parked.
